Based in southern Poland Aleksander has been pushing deeper sides of electronic music for well over a decade now. One leg of Showcase collective, actively involved in shaping the music scene with their parties and gigs in most respected spots across the country. His love for all things dub and shady put together to one warm listening piece.

Our good friends Sonogama crafted an amazing blend of all things deep especially for our Podcast.

Sonogama is the new project and DJ pairing of Ayoze Chico and Ollie Mendez. They met in the mid 90's while DJing and partying in the Canary Islands and remained friends ever since. After a lot of studio time and playing around on the turntables they decided to start a project where they can start to get out to a wider audience. Whilst the project is relatively new, they carry with them lots of experience individually, having played in some of the best venues in the UK. After a few months producing together they have their first release on Sounderground Records first which is a remix of the Botlzmann & Ørsted "In Deep Shit" which is out on Sounderground records. Ears to the ground for that one and stay tuned for forthcoming stuff soon.

This sumer takes them back to their native grounds, headlining Eolica
festival in Tenerife alongside: Dan Berkson & James What, Rhadoo
Dennis Ferrer and Mathias Kaden.

Pabs (a.k.a. Ranacat) started his musical career in the mid 90’s back in Argentina, where he’s originally from. After recording 2 albums as the lead singer of his band, he came to London 6 years ago to get into music production and DJing. As half of AMP DJ’s (Amplified Message of Peace), he was playing at clubs and bars mainly around the East London area and running Eclektico, their club night at the A10, Russian Bar.
These days he’s DJing and working on his music productions, which are a nice blend of house, disco and electro.

This new episode comes from Welsh best kept secret Leif.
Leif’s sound holds a minimal, dubby quality with a driving percussive edge. Influences range from classic reggae and deep dub through to trip-hop, funk, house and techno.

He plays live percussion, often sampling phrases to use in his tracks. Leif concentrates much of his creative output towards his live DJ sets, which combine live sequencing of loops and effects using a Yamaha RS700 with vinyl and CD.

Leif has also accumulated an admirable number of releases and remixes on key worldwide labels such as Morris Audio, Moon Harbour, Fear of Flying records, Frankie recs, Thinner, Telegraph, Logistic, True to Form recordings, Textone, Archipel and Floppy Funk; with more releases always in the pipeline. His works have been remixed by the likes of Tom Ellis, Polder, Jens Bond, Pheek and T-Polar. DJ support has been there from the start from the likes of Daniel Bell, Akufen, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier and many more.

Later on this month he can be heard playing live at LA INFLUENCIA night in east London's Shoredich
